This is a class that is intended to discuss the different personalities and nuances that can accompany the home inspection process. The inspection is part of the real estate transaction where the deal can come unraveled without provocation. This course is intended to help the real estate agent maintain control of the inspection process. It is also designed to help agents be better prepared and, in turn, better prepare their clients for the home inspection process and what to expect. The pros and cons of providing cost estimates in the inspection report will also be discussed.
